Each fish is handled with care from our boats straight to your doorstep insuring a premium product that you and your family will enjoy.
We only fish using hook and line, the lowest volume technique that offers the least bycatch (unintentional catch) and the highest quality product. Every salmon, halibut, or lingcod caught is pulled in by hand, dispatched with a gaff, and brought onto the boat. The fish is then gutted, gilled, and pressure bled. By meticulously handling and processing produces a very high quality product. Noticeably cleaner fillets!
We never use nets to harvest anything, and no fish is ever left without being bled and gutted. We care about the quality of our product and you can taste the difference.
